Summary


This series programmable high voltage tester is high performance of safety tester adopting high-speed MCU and large scale digital circuit design . The size of the output voltage, output voltage, the frequency of the output voltage of rise and fall are completely controlled by MCU,  real-time displaying the breakdown current value and the voltage value, with the function of software calibration, and RS232C interface with PLC, and optional RS485 interface, USB device, USB Host, GPIB. It can easily integrate test system with the computer or PLC .It can safety comprehensive measure quickly and accurately  household appliances, instrumentation, lighting, electric heating appliance, computer, information class machine.

The zero start function
Began to test, sine wave output from zero to set value.The whole process without overshoot, voltage mutation phenomenon, which can effectively prevent damage to parts measured.
Fast discharge function
After Dc withstand voltage and insulation resistance test are completed, with fast discharge (better than  0.2 s), cut off the output function test at a faster rate, and can effectively protect the security of the operator personal and  measured piece.

Fast shut off function
Test stops, the tester can  shut off in 0.4 ms  high voltage, protect the safety of operating personnel.
Keyboard lock function
To prevent the operator modify the test parameters, guarantee  the measured piece in accordance with parameters for testing.
Open circuit short circuit detection function
In the process of test , determine whether a circuit connection is in good condition, if there is open circuit, short circuit phenomenon, tester alarm sound and light .
Pure hardware feedback, automatic voltage regulator
The output voltage does not change due to the difference of external load . When testing ,tester automatically adjust output voltage to the set value, automatic feedback adjustment time very short.
Pure source
Using the principle of DDS to produce pure standard sine wave, the linear power amplifier drive high voltage output, little , better than 1% pure sine wave output waveform distortion degree, to ensure that measured components  data is correct.

●OSC open/short circuit detection function: effectively filter circuit DUT or judgment circuit poor contact, avoid in production line to produce misjudgment, or make the equipment damage, the unnecessary risk costs.

● AUTO - GFI grounding effect detection function: the traditional high voltage tester only through sound and light alarm to remind the operator, and the new development of AUTO - GFI function, by judging ,detecting patent circuit of leakage current through the human body to the earth , once the leakage current is larger than the body's safe value,immediately cut off the high voltage output,  truly protect the operator safety.
