1994

Nanjing Changsheng Electronic factory was founded, the key product was Safety Tester

First development nationally of Digital Hipot Tester, which can display the voltage, current and time simultaneously, and set up leakage current alarm values continuously and freely

1997
Programmable insulation resistance tester was developed.（CS2676Cseries）

1999
Programmable Safety Testers were developed（CS991Xseries、9922series）
Established DongGuan representative branch office

2000
It was changed into Nanjing Changsheng Instrument Co., Ltd, and brought in ISO9000 Quality management system certificate.

2001
Developed Programmable Insulation Resistance Tester ( up to 100Gohm).

All series products passed ISO9002 certification
Established Guangzhou and Shenzhen representative branch offices.

2002
Developed Programmable Ground Resistance Testers (CS9950 series)

Developed Programmable Safety Tester (CS9932series)

Developed Impulse Withstanding Tester (CS9918series)

Developed Withstanding Voltage Testers for Medical Apparatus

2003
Jointed with Hong Kong Allwin Instrument Science and Technology Co., Ltd as Nanjing Allwin Instrument Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.

Developed Programmable DC Low-ohm Tester (CS2512 series)

2004
Developed and Upgraded CS2675D/E according to the IEC60598-1:2008 new Lighting Standards;

Developed CS9919A series Multi-way Programmable Hipot Tester(8/4 channel) and attend to draft out JJG795-2004

2005
Developed digital Network Analyzer (1MHz-1.3GHz)

2006
Moved into our new office building with R&D and producing center in Binjiang Jiangning Economical Development Zone, Nanjing; the size is about 12,000 square meters.

2007
Precision LCR Meter（2MHz）project was rewarded for government fund and won award “Innovation Prize”; has our own intellectual property, which including two innovation patents.

2008

Developed Leakage current tester for medical apparatus which can meet the requirements of IEC60601-1-1988(Safety of medical equipment) and added the DC measurement.

To participate in the drafting of the SJ / T 11383-2008 General specification of the leakage current tester
To participate in the drafting of the SJ/T 11384-2008 General specification of the hipot tester

To participate in the drafting of the SJ/T 11385-2008 General specification of the insulation resistance tester

2009
Developed high grade Programmable Auto Safety Tester (CS99X series), frequency range from 40Hz to 400Hz, advanced both in domestic and foreign countries.

2010

The first to launch a color screen Series Safety Testers (S Series)

The first to launch 14-way programmable multiple dielectric strength tester (CS9929EX), providing solutions and test efficiency to the multi-strand power cord.

Developed super high resistance Meter (CS2676CX-4 sereis. min. current 0.1nA; the max. resistance 10.00TΩ)

Developed leakage current/ insulation resistance tester for capacitor (CS9902 series)

2011

The G series PV module safety tester provide the testing solutions for PV manufacturers

Developed CS9920A / B, 20kV programmable hipot tester, solve the high-voltage and low-current testing program

CS1782 Series Programmable DC Electronic Load, can be compared with the international advanced level and replace the foreign similar instrument

2012

CS9950E Programmable DC grounding resistance tester, providing the DC grounding resistance test solutions for all kinds of motors and the electrical appliance.
