Nanjing Changsheng Instrument CO., LTD was founded in 1994, is a hi-tech company integrating scientific research, manufacture and sales together, which covers an area of ten thousand square meters and locates in Nanjing Jiangning Binjiang Development Zone. In January 2003, Changsheng and Hongkong Allwin Instrument Company jointed to be Nanjing Allwin Instrument Corporation.
