 2012 model adopts three digital tube display, the maximum time  up to 999 s;the minimum time is 0.1 s.

  when time is set to 0  2012   style, test use the counting  way; If not set to 0, then adopt the way of counting backwards；

  If the  timing old one  does not open, no time；

PLC interface  output signals of 2012 style hipot tester are all contacts; The output signal is stable, easy to capture;In output  PLC signals of the old style withstand voltage  tester , PASS  signal is pulse signal, no easy  catch
