Summary

This series programmable digital ultra high resistance tester is a newly developed high-performance and high-speed tester. The ARM chip as the high-speed host controller and 16-bits TFT display, the tester can display the test voltage,resistance and time value simultaneously. The minimum test current of this seriestester is 0.1nA (insulation resistance up to 10.00Tohm). It can be used as measuring instruments to test the high voltage silicon heap, high reverse voltage transistor,micro-current of the connectors. It may also be used as capacitor leakage current,insulation resistance and the hipot test for the electrolytic capacitor anode foil.This series tester also has a rich function for interface, through the interfaces, it can be composed of automatic test systems with PC.

uWith electric safety wall feature, this tester protects the operator and the test equipment
uOutput voltage with the feature of continuous output and time-out functions. In continuous output mode, when the test is failed and after the delay of the testercutting off the high voltage (delay time can be set), the tester will start the test automatically.

uTester has a capacity of 99 memory groups
uTester can save 9999 items of test results, the test data through the communication interface can be lead into the PC
