Summary

CS9912BX is intelligent programmable withstanding voltage tester, which are all designed by high-speed MCU and large-scale digital circuit. MCU control the amplitude of output voltage, voltage rise and down and frequency. In addition, they can display the breakdown voltage and current at real time and with software calibration. This series tester also has a rich function for interface, through the interfaces, it can be composed of automatic test systems with PC.

2、Frequency range from 40.0 to 400.0Hz，resolution is 0.1Hz, it also can be used as varied high-voltage source.
